Connie brings 20+ years of strategy, finance, analytics, and venture capital experience to JSC Impact.

She was previously COO at Trailhead Capital and has advised several companies in both the software and sustainability spaces, including BuildESG, an ESG assessment platform and service for venture capital and private equity firms.  Connie spent fourteen years at CA Technologies, a large infrastructure software company, in senior roles spanning strategy, finance, marketing, operations, customer success, innovation, analytics, and M&A.

Currently, Connie is a Venture Partner at Trailhead Capital, a mission-driven venture capital firm focused on Seed and Series A investments in regenerative land management solutions and food waste prevention.  She also serves as a Board member of Morse Group, a private-equity-backed holding company for premier guitar parts and accessories brands. 

 

Connie holds a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Harvard.
